Webstarz LLC (“Webstarz,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information. This Policy applies to all users of our website and services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Webstarz provides subscription-based website design, hosting coordination, and administrative support services for real estate professionals.

Our core service includes:

  • Custom website design and configuration

  • Hosting coordination

  • Technical support and administrative maintenance

The standard subscription fee is $99 per month, billed month-to-month. There is no long-term contract, and clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Domain Ownership & Registration

Clients retain full ownership and control of their domain name at all times.

At the client’s request, Webstarz may:

  • Assist with domain registration

  • Purchase a domain name on the client’s behalf

  • Configure DNS settings

  • Serve as a technical administrator

If Webstarz purchases a domain name on a client’s behalf, the client agrees to reimburse Webstarz for all registration and renewal fees. Domain costs are separate from the $99 monthly subscription fee.

Regardless of who facilitates the purchase, the domain is registered for the benefit of the client, and Webstarz does not claim ownership rights in client domains. Upon request and subject to payment of any outstanding balances, Webstarz will transfer administrative control of the domain to the client.

3. Website License & Termination

All website frameworks, design systems, backend infrastructure, code structure, proprietary configurations, and hosting architecture used to operate Webstarz websites remain the exclusive property of Webstarz LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website solely during an active paid subscription.

Upon cancellation or non-payment:

  • The website will be deactivated.

  • The client’s license to use the Webstarz website framework immediately terminates.

  • Clients do not retain ownership of the Webstarz-built website structure, backend systems, design framework, or proprietary configurations.

Clients may continue to use their independently owned domain name after cancellation but must obtain alternative website hosting or development services independently.

4. IDX Integration (Optional Add-On)

IDX integration is optional and, if selected, is provided through independent third-party IDX vendors.

IDX services:

  • Are governed by agreements between the client, the IDX provider, the MLS, and the brokerage

  • Require MLS and brokerage approval

  • Are subject to third-party compliance rules

Webstarz does not operate, control, or own any MLS or IDX system and acts solely as a technical facilitator for website integration.

No additional add-ons, premium service tiers, or bundled upgrades are offered beyond optional IDX integration.

5. Property Listings, MLS Data & Content Display

Webstarz may upload, format, or display property-related content on client websites, including but not limited to:

  • Active listings

  • Pending listings

  • Recently sold properties

  • Property descriptions

  • Basic listing details

  • Property photographs

Such content is supplied, authorized, or approved by the client.

Webstarz:

  • Does not own listing data

  • Does not own property photographs

  • Does not claim intellectual property rights in listing content

  • Does not verify listing accuracy

  • Does not independently audit MLS compliance

All property information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper authorization to display listings and photographs

  • Compliance with MLS rules and brokerage policies

  • Accuracy of all property information

  • Removal of expired or sold listings as required

Webstarz acts solely as a technical publisher of client-authorized content and disclaims liability arising from copyright disputes, MLS violations, brokerage conflicts, or inaccurate property data.

6. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Business name

  • Brokerage affiliation

  • Information submitted through contact forms or demo requests

B. Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • Referring URLs

  • Pages viewed

  • Access timestamps

C. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and analyze performance. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some features may be limited.
